How do you affix photos to a US passport mail in renewal application?

You do NOT affix them…just include them in the envelope with your old passport and application for renewal. If you put them in a little plastic sleeve or envelope, you could paper clip that to the other papers, but do not let the paper clip touch the photos or they get crimped. You may mail it in or take it to the local post office to submit.
