How do you adjust the power steering belt on a 1984 Oldsmobile V6?

I’ve been working on an 85 Oldsmobile with a V8 and I replaced the power steering pump. There are about three holes on the pulley itself, line one of the holes up with a nut on the other side of the pump and loosen to move the pump along a bracket.
