How Do You Adjust The Picture Quality Using The Sony DVP-NC615 CD/DVD Player?
We can adjust the picture quality in the Sony DVP-NC615 CD/DVD Player by the BNR (Block Noise Reduction) function. With this function, we can reduce the “block noise” or mosaic-like patterns on the TV screen. BNR facility can be used for DVDs and Video CDs. Following are the steps to adjust the picture quality with the Sony DVP-NC615 CD/DVD Player. Press DISPLAY twice on the DVD remote control while the player is in playback mode. This will display a Control Bar. Select BNR by pressing ←/→ buttons. Press BNR continuously to select a level of BNR. The levels vary from 1 to 3. The highest block noise reduction level is 3 and the lowest is 1. Select OFF in step 2 if you want to cancel the BNR setting. Turn off the Control Bar by repeatedly pressing DISPLAY.
