While there are many ways to even out skin tone with Photoshop, one of the easiest methods is described in this guide. Open the photograph that needs editing with Photoshop CS3. Select the area of the photograph where the skin tone needs to be evened out. The easiest way to do this is to use the “Lasso” tool (located in the tool box on the left of the screen) and draw around the affected area, including a smaller border of space between the affected area and the normal skin tone to help with blending to two areas.
