How Do You Adjust Car Carrier Straps?
Adjusting your car trailer straps will come in handy for many reasons. The better you understand how this mechanism works, the safer you and every one around you will be when you are transporting your car on the road. This will only take a minute out of your day to complete. Step 1 Locate the metal locking piece that is on one end of the strap. Step 2 Push the button that is located on the locking device. This will give slack in the strap, so that you can adjust it to be looser. Step 3 Pull the strap by the loop on the end of the strap that is not connected to anything. This will be the end of the strap that is lead through the locking device with no hook on it. Step 4 Pull the strap until it is tight and no slack is left in the strap. Repeat above steps to tighten or loosen any other straps that you might have to adjust.
