Those grounds that have gone through a brewing cycle have a pH of about 6.9, which makes them neutral, meaning they are beneficial for all plants, acid-loving or not, including your peppers. If you can dig in the dirt or water your plants, you can reap the benefits of coffee grounds in your garden. Let the used grounds cool. Don’t use grounds that are still hot from the brewing process.
