How Do You Add Texture To A Wall Using Plastic Bags?

• Prepare the wall as you normally would, by cleaning it off and adding primer. • Pour your paint into a tray used for roller brushes. Crumple up the plastic bag and dip it lightly into the paint, getting just enough paint on it to cover one side without going in the folds. • Starting in one corner of the wall, press the plastic bag briefly to the wall to make an imprint. Repeat until you have covered the entire wall. When the imprints the plastic bag leaves start to get lighter, simply dip it in the paint again. Replace periodically. Get a new plastic bag every so often to ensure the old one doesn’t start to dry.
