With Internet Explore 7 open, look for the rectangular box in the upper right corner. Next to the box are a magnifying glass button and an arrow button. Click the down arrow button and a drop menu appears. Your menu may look different than the one shown at the left. To add a different search engine to this list, from the drop down, click on “Find more providers.” Click on the search engine you want to add (or create your own). You will be prompted to confirm that you want to add the provider, and are also provided a checkbox to make that provider your default search engine. Click the Add Provider button. You can now add another search engine or move on to Step 5. When you have added all the search engines you want, click the down arrow again to see the listing.
