How Do You Add Green Onion & Lime To Pulled Chicken Enchiladas?
“Now that I got my cilantro into the tomatillo salsa, I’m going to add green onions and lime juice. I love to add green onions at the end because again, it does give it a very different flavor than a cooked onion. It’s got a fresher flavor and green onions are typically a little bit sweeter. The other thing is I prefer to use also the white part as well as the green part. They both have different flavors and they both add something different to our tomatillo salsa. We’re going to do kind of a large chop on here. Again, we’re putting this into the blender so it’s okay if it’s not a small dice. We’re going to take care of that with our blender. The last thing I want to add out of main ingredients is fresh lime juice. Fresh lime juice is really going to make the flavor of the salsa kind of pop a little bit.
