How Do You Add DBX Files To Outlook Express?
Outlook Express saves emails as DBX files and stores them in a folder located on your computer. These email files can be accessed and viewed using the OE folder catalog. You can add additional email DBX files that you saved from a different computer to this catalog by using these instructions. Save the DBX files that you want to add to Outlook Express to an easily accessible location like your desktop. Open Outlook Express. Click “Tools” and choose “Options.” Choose “Maintenance” and select “Store Folder.” A folder titled Folders.dbx will appear. Right-click on this folder and choose “Properties” to see the folder’s file path and write this down. Close Outlook Express. Click the “Start” button and choose “My Computer.” Double-click on the “C:” drive and choose “Program Files.” Double-click “Microsoft Office” and locate the Outlook Express store folder using the file path that you found in step 1.
