How Do You Add Custom Text To Machine Embroidery Patterns Using PE-DESIGN Lite?
Thousands of great machine embroidery files are available for download or purchase online. Though you may find the perfect image, it’s rare that an image will already have the exact custom text you’d like to add. Jingles and slogans may be included but names, dates or specific messages can also be easily added to machine embroidery patterns using PE-DESIGN Lite. Select the Text tool and click on the pattern block. When the Edit Text Letters dialog box opens, type the text or use the Insert Character menu to enter the text. Note that text entry is case sensitive, that is, some fonts in PE-DESIGN Lite allow upper and lower case. Some fonts, however, are limited by case, numbers and other characters. You may need to enter text in all upper case to use certain fonts. Use the Select Object tool, then click (select) the text object and move it to your preferred location.
