Photoshop Elements, though not as popular as the full-version of Photoshop, is capable of adding new brushes to its arsenal. Many websites, devoted to graphic design, have created brushes for Photoshop. These same brushes can be downloaded and placed into your Photoshop Elements program. While it is difficult the first time, after you get the hang of where to go and what to press, the process becomes easy and almost second nature. Download the Photoshop brush.
