Here are the steps on how this can be done: One way to add an email address is to just plainly type it out. Another way would be to make this email address a hyperlink. Open up your word file or excel or web page that you would be working with. Highlight the text that you would want to hyperlink, right click and select “hyperlink.” The text that you want to hyperlink appears in the “Text to display” box. In the address box, type the following and click “OK” mailto:followed by the email address Make sure that there are no spaces between mailto: and the email address. The text that you selected is hyper linked with the email address. This text is blue and underlined. Clicking on this link would open up an email dialog box in Microsoft Outlook with the email address already entered in the “To” box.
