Dry-fit the tub surround panel into the wall with the window before applying any adhesive to it. Make sure it is plumb and mark the edge of the windowsill. Remove the dry-fit panel and cut the tub surround to the edge of the sill of the window. A saber saw works well for this job. Apply the adhesive according to the manufacturer’s directions. If there is panel contact with the wall around the cutout for the window, apply a bead of adhesive around the edge of the back side of the panel around the cutout. Set the panel into place.
