How Do You Add A Computer To A Linksys Wireless Network?
It is common for families or businesses to add computers to their Linksys wireless network. With a wireless connection, you can add multiple computers to one wireless network without making any changes to the wireless router that maintains the wireless network. All you need to do is turn on the Wi-Fi radio on your computer and locate your wireless network. Once you find it, connecting to it is simple. Locate the Wi-Fi icon on the tool tray in the lower right-hand corner of the computer screen. The color of the icon will be yellow or green and its shape will resemble signal bars. Double-click on the icon to open the Wi-Fi Wizard. Select “WI-FI On” from the drop-down menu located on the lower left side of the Wizard screen. If Wi-Fi is already on and the icon in the tray was green, skip this step. Allow the Wi-Fi Wizard to search for wireless networks within range.
