A Tribute Mastercard is a secured credit card issued by First Bank of Delaware. A secured credit card is typically issued to individuals with poor credit or no credit. For a card with a $500 credit line, for example, you send $500 to the company and allow it to hold the money in an account. You then use the card and pay the bill as usual. Should you default or fail to pay the bill, the issuer uses the money in the account as payment. The company reports your payment history to the three major credit bureaus, and if you pay your bills on time, your credit score will rise. Apply for a Tribute Mastercard.
