How Do You Activate A Nike Plus Watch?
The Nike+ system is an easy way to monitor your running workouts. The system records your distance, pace, time, and calories burned. Activating your Nike+ Sportband (which also functions as a watch) is a simple process that requires you to download software using a computer with Internet access. Connect to the Internet, and go to the Nike+ website (see Resources). Once there, download the Nike+ Utility installation program. Double-click on the installation program icon (which should appear on your computer’s desktop) to install the software on your computer. Remove the Nike+ Sportbank Link from the Sportband if necessary. Connect your Nike+ Sportband Link to your computer via your computer’s USB port after installing the program. Allow your Nike+ Sportband link to charge its battery for at least two hours.
