• Make sure your mirrors are adjusted properly (They help when straightening the car out). • When you find the spot, approach it from as wide as you can, assume the space is on the left hand side of the car. • Instead of pulling into the space, pretend like you are parking in the spot just past the one you intend to. • Shift to reverse and back turning the wheel to the right, causing the nose of the car to go left, and lining up with your space. • You should be able to, at the least, pull into the space crookedly, but in most cases you will already be straight. • If you are still not straight, shift into reverse and go backwards, pulling out as straight as you can in relation to the lines. Make the final pull in and shift to park and get out and admire your work.
