How do write a good rhyming emo poem?
Lanakinz, I think you need to join a free poet’s forum/workshop. These places help poets learn about poem construction and story writing. Moreover most of these sites have a number of published poets as members who can directly provide your work with feedback and help you improve and may be some day even get published. Though there are a number of such sites across the internet but in my opinion http://poemsnprose.com is the best. But then that’s just my personal opinion.
Hi i’m emo too Here’s the poem, it’s called, Life You Cant Understand: I think about what i’ve done, The pain you’ve caused, it’s all gone wrong. My life is something you cant comprehend, Nor is it something that you can understand. I let the tears fall, I cut my wrist and all, I slump to the wall, As one cut goes to deep, And I start to weep. My life being wrecked, My home is just death, You cant understand, So stop bandaging my hand. No one to love, No one to say, “I love you today.” No one to confess to, Nobody cares about my life, Or this knife, I quickly think over my life, As I hold the rope, As I tie it to my neck, As I said, ‘My life’s a total wreck.’ I hung myself that day, That is when some one said, ‘Good. She’s out of my way.
Emo poetry can’t be good. Period. Emo “poetry” is repetitive crap written by teenagers that don’t know how to deal with life. So get over the stupid fads and stop trying to be a follower. Believe me, the world doesn’t need any more bad poetry. Because poetry is art, and teenagers that don’t know anything about poetry is not art.
