How do we use our Lightyear Calling Card(s) to make a call from another country?
You can originate calling card calls from over 50 countries worldwide with your Lightyear Calling Card. Follow the instructions on your wallet-sized Calling Card Dialing Guide which you should have received along with your Ultima card. If you lost or did not receive a Dialing Guide, call us at 1-800-864-4606 to order a new one.To originate a calling card call from another country using your Ultima card, you will first need to dial the correct Ultima card access number (click here for a list of Calling Card international access numbers) for that country. After dialing the correct access number, follow the standard voice prompts to enter your calling card number and PIN, then the number you wish to dial (area code + number for calls to the U.S. and Canada, or 011 + country code + city code + number for international calls). For multiple calls, don’t hang up, press the “#” key for two seconds and the system will ask you to dial the number for your next call.
