How do we recruit members – KaoS doesn seems to stand in towns shouting like other Guilds?
A. We don’t stand in towns shouting because we feel that attracts the ‘wrong’ type of person to be a member – it’s also annoying to other players. We recruit by spending quiet time (when we don’t want to run around killing stuff) in an outpost and watching who’s about. Sometimes we see a member of another Guild asking for help with a quest or mission, we offer to help and ask why their own Guild wasn’t asked… Other times, we see a new low level player arrive in-game without a clue (with or without being a member of a Guild) and again the offer of help is given… Or we know someone from AB or from another game and feel they would be happy as a member of KaoS…
