How do we move the RedAlert Entry Level System to a new computer?
Moving RedEntry is as simple as copying the entire system to a new location. One additional step is required for computers that have not had RedEntry installed on them before. Follow the steps outlined here to move your system. 1. Create a new C:\RedEntry directory on the computer that you want to move your system to. 2. Select all of the files in the original C:\RedEntry directory and copy** them to the new \RedEntry directory. 3. Download and run SYSFILE.exe (see below) 4. Create a shortcut on the new system that points to C:\redentry\redentry.exe Test your new system.
