How do we minimise Doctor drop-outs?
We understand that the biggest concern for our clients is the high level of doctors that pull out of a locum or permanent posts after the time consuming selection process has been completed. Finally all our recruiters are trained to take the doctor through a thorough pre booking confirmation which gives us a better insight into understanding our doctors needs and binds us to a commitment with our doctors which protects our clients from drop-outs.
