Everyone involved with the HACC MDS has a part to play in keeping client data private. Agencies who collect client data make sure it is kept safe from inappropriate viewing or use. The State and National Data Repositories safeguard the data to make sure it cannot be used or published in any identifiable form. The data does not include any client’s full name or address.
