How do we know that the buildings will be designed properly, especially with regard to current codes?
There will be significant oversight from several agencies including the State Department of Education, the State Office of Management and Budget, the State Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, the State Board of Health, the State Department of Transportation, the State Fire Marshal, Sussex County, the Town of Laurel, and the Laurel Board of Education. In addition, all finances will be monitored closely by the State Office of Management and Budget, the State Department of Education, and the Office of the Auditor of Accounts.
