How do we know our donation is going towards the target recipitents?
A. Local supporters and distribution partners are required to provide proof of delivery by photographing each recipient sitting on his/her wheelchair with a large visible name card at the handover ceremony. This practice also serves as deterrant of unscrupulous fraud attempts to collect a surcharge from the disabled recipient for the FREE wheelchair. TCGF will then remit the balance of our pledged donation funds to manufacturer.
