How do we handle the mycelial product after completion of the growth cycle?
Once the grain substrate is fully colonized under sterile conditions, a process that can extend for several months for slower growing species, the culture is removed from the jar and dried under mild warm air. Following thorough drying, the mycelial product is milled and encapusulated. The product does NOT contain – nor need – any fillers, stabilizers, colorants of preservatives!
