How do we handle cases of vandalism and abuse from anonymous users?
If necessary, we will ban IP addresses and/or networks, and start requiring user registration for editing. Sysop-level users like the editors and members of the board will have the ability to also lock pages, ban users in order to protect the welfare of the project.
