The Special Quest will have given a sector a number of sectors away from a settlement and the number of sectors around that sector. So if it is 1 sector around it, 9 sectors will need to be investigated, a 3 by 3 square. Issuing an I 0 order in the sector performs the investigation. Once the sectors have been investigated you can inform the liaison that the task has been completed.
