How do we get web space, a U of T email address (UTORmail), a U of T listserv (UTORlist), or Portal space for our group?
Both new and returning campus groups may apply for all of these services. Once your group is recognized, the contact person for your group may apply for these services by logging into Ulife, clicking on the “My Groups” button, selecting the appropriate group, and then clicking on the “Request Group Services” menu item. Your group may request any or all of the following services: UTORmail – Groups can apply for a University of Toronto email account that anyone can use to contact the group leaders. After approval of the UTORmail request, a follow-up email will be sent containing your group’s requested UTORid, password and configuration number. To access your group’s email using the respoective UTORid and password, simply visit: https://webmail.utoronto.ca UTORlist – A group mailing list (listserv) can be used to send out announcements to all group members, or to facilitate discussions on group related matters.
