How do we get the site information on JRS map pages/Site Finder spreadsheet updated?
The data presented on the JRS map pages is derived from information provided by the participating organisations themselves. The mechanism for getting your site data/data updates onto the JRS map pages and into the ‘site finder’ spreadsheet updated is for the JRS administrator at your organisation to update the JRS configuration data on the JRS Support server. Changes will automatically be passed through to JRS administration and the JANET website pages will be updated. The ‘Site-Finder’ spreadsheet is presented as Excel file. Whilst it is appreciated that Excel is not available to everyone, the information contained is alternatively available to all in the pop-up tables on the map pages. The Excel spreadsheet is published in case people want bespoke lists of participating organisations since it is easily to sort and filter the data it contains.
