~A~ All of the forms and documents developed by Prayers & Squares that are needed to function as a chapter are provided in the new member packets. These packets are mailed out to all new chapters. It is OK to reproduce those forms and documents for Prayers & Squares use. Those forms and documents will also soon be available on the website on the “For Our Members” page.
