How do we get subluxations?
Subluxations are caused by stress. Any type of stress can cause subluxations, such as physical, emotional and chemical stress. Common physical stressors are poor posture, accidents, sitting or working in the same position for long periods, sports injuries and any kind of physical trauma even if seemingly mild. Emotional stress associated with work, family or daily social activities may cause subluxations as well. Chemical stress, often the most difficult to detect of the stressors, may include diet and environment.
