How do we fund ongoing repairs, maintenance & emergency works?

Ongoing repairs, maintenance works and any charges for emergency call outs are simply deducted from the monthly rent after the charges are incurred. If the charges exceed the rent, WPM will either invoice the Landlord or deduct the balance from the next rental payment. Note that all repairs and maintenance works requires the Landlord’s prior written approval.
