A. Although FFELP loans disbursed before July 1, 2010 must be fully disbursed under FFELP, your school should contact the lender(s) to verify if they plan to make disbursements after Sept. 30, 2010. After, Sept. 30, 2010, loans will no longer be eligible for the ECASLA program.
