How do we correct the situation when a time sheet, representing salary earned by an employee in January 2005, was not submitted and paid until June 2005?
As long as the correction or entry occurs in the same Fiscal (school) Year, missed salaries or corrections can be made on a subsequent Work Report record. If omitted payroll information or corrections represent a prior fiscal year(s), the information must be submitted on a Work Report Adjustment record. One record should be submitted for each corrected fiscal year.
