As long as the correction or entry occurs in the same Fiscal (school) Year, missed salaries or corrections can be made on a subsequent Work Report record. If omitted payroll information or corrections represent a prior fiscal year(s), the information must be submitted on a Work Report Adjustment record. One record should be submitted for each corrected fiscal year.
