How do we begin the building process with Tri-Built Custom Homes, LLC?
Simple, you can respond through our web site or just call. We will set up an initial meeting to discuss plans, design, and what you really want in your new home. About a week later, Tri-Built will respond to you with an initial job cost estimate and plan sketch, if you do not have your own plans. If Tri-Built is going in the right direction for you at this point, we require a $2000 plan fee, to continue drawing your new home, and if you already have your prints, Tri-Built will begin a firm bid process with all of our Craftsmen to give you an exact price on your new home. This usually takes approximately 3 weeks. At this point, we will sign a Contract, upon your approval of the plans, bid and home requirements, and we will begin construction as soon as all city permits, county permits, and Home Owner Association approvals are received.
