How do we arrange the cooler sanitisation?
There’s no arranging required. Each quarter is recorded so we know when your system is due for sanitisation and as the cleaning is carried out by one of our trained delivery drivers this will be undertaken to coincide with your water delivery. It only requires about 20 minutes to service the dispensers and we shall notify you when the sanitisation is due to ensure that this is at a convenient time.
