Badges in PayClock EZ are activated when they are assigned to an employee and the clock is updated. If the badges are not assigned to an employee and that data updated to the timeclock, the badges will read ‘Invalid Badge’ or ‘Badge Not Enrolled’ when using them at the timeclock.
