How do visionapp direct customers get their new vRD 2009 software?
• As a direct customer who purchased the software before 30 June 2008 you?ll receive the upgrade to vRD 2009 as well as an email detailing your upgrade & support options. Additionally, we have a special offer when you purchase an upgrade & support package where your support will be dated from January 1st 2009 rather than retroactively to the original date of purchase. • For customers who purchased a license without upgrade & support, you will be sent an email with details on the availability of the new release as well as your options in purchasing an upgrade & support package. • Direct customers who purchased their license with a one-year or three-year Upgrade & Support package automatically receive the vRD upgrade by email. The mailing with their license file will provide information about purchasing future upgrade & support.
