How do UW graduates perform on the Praxis examination?
The Praxis exam in Speech-Language Pathology assesses beginning practitioners’ understanding of the essential content and current practices in the profession. From September 2008 – August 2009, forty-eight University of Washington Speech-Language Pathology students took the Praxis exam with the following results: Median Score = 740 (Highest score = 800 – Lowest score = 630).
