How do users update the ChemoTrac program when there are new drugs or changes from CCO?
DKK will provide updates on a regular basis. These include new drugs to be added, changes or bugs already fixed. An update will be posted in the DKK website for users to download. After the update file has been downloaded, users should invoke the ChemoTrac program. In order to use the Update Dictionary function, user must close all patient records. (Other than the main menu appearing at the top, the rest of the window should be blank) Select on the main menu Tools|Update Dictionary and follow the instruction. Once the update file is selected, ChemoTrac will automatically perform the update process.
