Users that need to have their password changed should use the ACCC common password utility located at: http://passwords.accc.uic.edu If they are unable to login there students should visit a CSO consultant. Instructors can e-mail blackboard@uic.edu if they are having a hard time logging in.

Full access users can change their passwords through their Control Panel page on their personal portal. Limited Access users and Limited Access Guests can access their Control Panel page through the Help icon in the page banner.
