What you need to do is to properly remove Norton Internet Security and then install Norton 360. please follow the instructions below. 1. Click on the following link to download the Norton Removal Tool: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsg… 2. After you run the tool, please restart your computer. Then log in to Windows again and run the removal tool again. Restart your computer after it is finished running the second time as well. 3. You can now install Norton 360 version 4. Use the new Activation Key with Norton 360.
