How do u make blinkies?
In order to make blinkies,you would need to have some sort of Animation Software. I highly reccomend using JASC’s Animation Shop. This is the program I use to animate my dolls, and make blinkies with. You basically just go frame by frame, and ajust the image to what you’d want it to look like once it’s complete.
