How do u format data for a packing slip made of 4 parts?

Hi, does anyone know the best way to format output for a packing label at one location, while the server that has the data is at another location. Both locations are connected to the internet, and the packing slip has an adhesive back and has 4 sections on an 8.5 X 11 sheet. I’m wondering about the best way to handle the formatting to fit perfectly on the shipping location end. Thanks.
