How do Timken single-point lubricators stand up to rust?
Timken G-Power Models 101 and 103 come from the factory coated to help prevent rusting in most cases. The Timken G-Power Model 102 is a plastic unit, so rust is not an issue. This makes it an ideal unit for applications that are subjected to washdowns. Although a plastic unit, the Timken M-Power lubricator, which is treated at the factory for moisture and comes with a “wet cap”, does not contain electronics which can be damaged by moisture. The Timken G-Power Model 101 is submersible and can be used in water up to 15 feed in depth.
