How do they get maltesers perfectly round?
Growing up in Japan maltesers quickly became my favorite candy and I was sadly disappointed when I returned to the US and found out that the so called equivalent “whoppers” were no substitute. I can’t find the article now, but I once read that is was a secret process they used to coat the malt balls without using a cooling rack that would leave marks.
