Additional traffic to these web marketplaces and improved product search is expected to result in an increase of traffic to inworld malls, vendors and stores. We believe that this is comparable to the perceived impact of e-commerce on the traditional retail sector. For example, while many believed that online shopping would be the end of retail stores, it actually boosted the performance of many retailers. We anticipate that customers will use the online store to locate the goods, and to investigate pricing options prior to making the actual purchase. Some Residents might also choose to use the web store experience to discover merchandise that they ultimately purchase inworld. Further, it is likely that the web-based marketplace will serve as a first introduction to inworld retailers for many Residents.
