How do these events contribute to the success of Cinema Paradiso?
Events such as the Olive Oil Festival, builds awareness of Cinema Paradiso and introduces it to a wider variety of people. Of course the revenues from these combined film events yield a much higher return then the typical movie screening. We also rent the theatre out to a variety of organizations and businesses to hold cultural events. This too helps to introduce newcomers to Cinema Paradiso and increase attendance. What is your favorite movie and why? I like to laugh when watching a film, but the favorite varies from day to day…however, anything by Kevin Smith would be on the top of the list.
